Summer Camps

Please Note: For Summer Camp payments we only accept credit or debit cards. Thank you.


Camp Registration is Open!

During the summer months on St. Mary’s campus, there are many summer camps offered. We have run everything from Basketball Camp to Acting and Improv Camp to Cyber Technology Camp. In addition, St. Mary’s High School offers Athletic Camps to students of all ages and St. Mary’s Faith Formation offers Vacation Bible Camp.  All are welcome!

Camp Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made online. All monies paid with the exception of a $25.00 administrative fee, per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received seven days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be provided for notices or cancellations received less than seven days prior to camp. We do not issue credit for future camps. 

If St. Mary's must cancel a camp due to low enrollment or other circumstances, you will be refunded in full. No refunds are issued if camp schedules must be altered or canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other emergencies.

    Little Explorers: Adventures in Reading & Discovery

    Summer Literacy & Enrichment Camp (K–3rd Grade)

    Dates & Time: June 29, 2026-July 2, 2026 between 9:00–12:30 PM
    Grades: Kindergarten–3rd Grade (incoming grade levels)
    Enrollment Cap: 25 students
    Registration Fee: $300 per child
    Location: School Campus (Media Center, Resource Room, Outdoor Spaces)
     

     
    Camp Overview

    Little Explorers: Adventures in Reading & Discovery is a half-day summer camp designed to support early literacy development while providing a joyful, engaging experience through games, crafts, and outdoor play. The camp blends academic reinforcement with hands-on enrichment to help students avoid the summer slide and return to school confident, motivated, and ready to learn.
     

     
    Program Goals
    • Strengthen foundational literacy skills (phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, fluency)
    • Build confidence and enjoyment around reading and writing
    • Prevent summer learning loss through consistent, meaningful literacy exposure
    • Support social-emotional growth through collaboration, teamwork, and play
    • Provide developmentally appropriate, engaging summer learning experiences
     

     
    Instructional Approach
    • Small-group, differentiated literacy instruction
    • Hands-on, multisensory activities
    • Play-based learning with academic purpose
    • Flexible grouping by developmental level (K–3)
     

     


    Daily Schedule 
    9:00–9:20 – Morning Meeting & Interactive Read-Aloud
    9:20–10:00 – Literacy Exploration Block (small groups, games, word work)
    10:00–10:15 – Snack & Movement Break
    10:15–11:00 – Creative Discovery Stations (crafts, writing, projects)
    11:00–11:45 – Outdoor Explorer Games
    11:45–12:00 – Reflection & Closing Activity
