Bulletin Announcement Requests
If you would like to make a request for an announcement pertaining to your ministry or organization to be included in St. Mary’s Parish Bulletin, please follow these guidelines:
If you would like to make a request for an announcement pertaining to your ministry or organization to be included in St. Mary’s Parish Bulletin, please follow these guidelines:
- The deadline for Bulletin submissions is Friday at noon for the Sunday of the following week (9 days later). If the following Monday is a holiday, the deadline is Thursday at noon.
- Email entries to bulletin@stmarysannapolis.org and include title, details, date, time, contact information, etc. and photos or graphics (in png or jpeg format only) with the date(s) of the bulletin you would like it to appear in as the "Subject" line of the email request.
- Parish Bulletin submissions will be added as space allows, edited as needed, are subject to Pastor approval, and will run for 2 weeks.
Prayer Requests for the Sick
Names on the "Prayer Requests for the Sick" list will remain in the Bulletin for 6 weeks. Call 410-990-4012 or email bulletin@stmarysannapolis.org to have names added, removed or continued.
