St. Mary's Annapolis | Summer Camps

Camp Registration is Open!

During the summer months on St. Mary’s campus, there are many summer camps offered. We have run everything from Basketball Camp to Acting and Improv Camp to Cyber Technology Camp. In addition, St. Mary’s High School offers Athletic Camps to students of all ages and St. Mary’s Faith Formation offers Vacation Bible Camp. All are welcome!

Camp Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made online. All monies paid with the exception of a $25.00 administrative fee, per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received seven days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be provided for notices or cancellations received less than seven days prior to camp. We do not issue credit for future camps.

If St. Mary's must cancel a camp due to low enrollment or other circumstances, you will be refunded in full. No refunds are issued if camp schedules must be altered or canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other emergencies.

Acting and Improvisation Workshop Camp

Please join us for our Acting and Improvisation Workshop Camp!

June 26-30
9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. daily; performance at 7:00 p.m. on June 30

Open to students entering grades 7-12 in Fall 2023

$300 (includes daily snacks, script materials, t-shirt)
Registration limit: 30

This acting-intensive workshop will focus on the skills of stage presence, improvisation, building a character, and bringing a script to life. Participants will study monologues and scenes from classic and contemporary theatre, ultimately performing a piece at the final show on Friday evening. Camp director Matthew Martelli has a B.A. in Theatre and has worked with community and school theatres for nearly thirty years. Guest artists and alums will provide additional enrichment on audition prep, acting styles, and careers in the theatre. Previous experience in theatre is recommended but not required.

Technology camp Summer 2023 Drone Obstacle Challenge Olympics

August 7-11

For Entering
3rd-8th grade

Cost:$400

Led by the Computer Science Teacher and the Director of the St. Isidore Cyber Program, Mrs. Richardson

Located at St.Mary's High School in Marian Hall

Love drones and racing? This is the camp for you! The week will be filled with campers learning what it takes to be elite Drone racers. Throughout the week campers will learn how to work as a team using controllers to pitch, yaw, and roll their drones through several challenging obstacle courses. They will also be given the chance to create obstacle courses to challenge their opponents. Campers will endure a competitive week full of creativity and fun while learning at the same time! Lunch is not provided so please have campers bring their own bagged lunch and a refillable water bottle.

Technology Camp Summer 2023 with Cyber-Bots

Please join us for Technology Camp!

July24th-28th
9:00 am-3:00 pm

Entering 3rd-5th grade

Cost:$400

Cyberbot is a robot that uses micro:bit, a tiny programmable computer designed to make learning and teaching easy using Python. Campers will learn to program their Bot to follow a line, draw shapes, go through mazes and many more challenges! Campers will endure a competitive week full of creativity and fun while learning at the same time! Lunch is not provided so please have campers bring their own bagged lunch and a refillable water bottle.

Love to code and fly drones? This is the camp for you! Campers will explore and learn the basics of how to program a drone using the programming language Python. Throughout the week campers will learn the basics of how to code their drone to maneuver and complete different challenges.They will be introduced to programming concepts such as methods, variables, and for loops. Campers will endure a competitive week full of creativity and fun while learning at the same time! Lunch is not provided so please have campers bring their own bagged lunch and a refillable water bottle.
