Saints explore STEM!
During our spirited Blue and White day of Homecoming week, Burdette Joyner—an Industrial Engineer with Northrop Grumman, and Marcus Johnson—a Software Engineer with Varen Technologies, spoke with students about STEM careers and how STEM skills will affect their futures.
In addition to students learning more about this field, they were introduced to circuits and programming of a robot and were put into teams to build a bridge to withstand the most weight. A spirited competition indeed!
