Service

Putting Our Faith Into Action

We strive to live out the message that “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” (1 Peter 4:10). Here at St. Mary’s, we want to cultivate not only a heart for Christ and His Church, but also a heart for service. Service allows us to put our faith into action. We want our students to learn that when we serve others we remember “…the words the Lord Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). We foster this by practicing the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy.
