Aleric Fyock, Sr., St. Mary’s, lacrosse

Fyock stopped 16 shots in the Saints’ victory over McDonogh to open up MIAA A Conference play on Tuesday.

The victory avenged a pair of losses to the Eagles last year, including one in the playoffs.

“Aleric is a three-year starter and two-time captain,” Saints’ coach Victor Lilly said. “His leadership skills on and off the field are setting St. Mary’s up for a good spring.”
