Monthly Giving

What is the Monthly Giving Program?

The St. Mary’s Schools Monthly Giving Program is a simple and convenient way for donors to easily make their gift to the Fleur-de-Lis Fund in regular monthly contributions from a debit or credit card.

St. Mary’s is extremely grateful for each gift we receive, and we want to make it as simple as possible for you to support our schools. Giving through the monthly giving grogram means you bypass our annual fund appeals and phone-a-thon, saving the schools valuable dollars that can be directed to important programs. Since your gift is spread out over the course of the year, you are supporting the St. Mary’s all year long, and by making your commitment early in the giving year, you're already counted among our valued donors.

How does the program work for you?

Monthly Giving also allows you to make your contribution at a leadership level because your gift is divided into manageable monthly increments. Please consider joining one of our gift clubs that are listed in the chart below. St. Mary’s fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30 each year. Monthly amounts may need to be adjusted during the first year if enrollment begins after July to ensure the desired giving level is achieved. Additionally, your support through the month giving program means you won't have to worry about writing and sending a check and the number of phone and mail reminders you receive from us will decrease.

How does this program benefit St. Mary’s?

Monthly contributions provide St. Mary’s with an on-going, reliable source of funding. Gifts made through this program reduce our administrative costs and allow more of each gift to be used immediately to support St. Mary’s most urgent priorities and opportunities. Both St. Mary’s Elementary and High Schools are known to be “green schools” and monthly gifts are considered "greener" because they cut down on paper and gas emissions produced by mailings.

How can you participate?

In keeping with our green concept, we will send you an acknowledgement on your gift via email. A record of each gift will appear on your bank or credit card statement monthly. You will receive a letter in January each year to use for tax purposes. St. Mary’s is a 501(c)3 organization and, therefore, all gifts are tax deductible as allow by law.
