Application Process

  • Prospective Students Entering Kindergarten and First Grade

    Students interested in applying for kindergarten and first grade are requested to provide the following supporting documents in addition to the completed on-line application:
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
    • Parishioner Status Form (Use link on this page to download form)
    • Copy of Immunization Records
    • School/Pre-School records including progress reports and teacher narratives
    • Completed Early Learning Inventory Form (Use link on this page to download form)
  • Prospective Students Entering Grades Two through Eight

    Students interested in applying for grades 2-8 are requested to provide the following supporting documents in additon to the completed on-line application:
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
    • Parishioner Status Form (Use link on this page to download form)
    • Copy of Immunization Records
    • Cumulative school records including: progress reports, report cards, standardized test scores and teacher narratives
    • Completed Math and Language Arts Teacher Recommendation Forms (Use links on this page to download forms)

Admissions Policy

St. Mary’s has a principal obligation to registered parishioners who are practicing Catholics.

Preference will be given to children of parents who are practicing Catholics. The designation of priorities will be considered as follows:
  • Parishioner, with siblings in attendance at St. Mary’s Schools; Parishioner Alumni
  • Parishioner
  • Catholic Alumni
  • Non-Parishioner Catholic with sibling in attendance at St. Mary’s Schools
  • Non-Parishioner Catholic
  • Non-Catholic Alumni
  • Non-Catholic

Admissions Deadlines

We are currently accepting applications for the 2018-19 academic year. The application deadline is February 1st for priority consideration. Admission notification is made by US Mail on March 1st. Applications are accepted after February 1st, as part of rolling admissions. Assessments are scheduled as space is available in the desired grade levels.
