There is $175.00 non-refundable registration fee and $850.00 tuition deposit due within 7 days of acceptance to St. Mary's High School. For all new St. Mary's High School students, completing and submitting the tuition contract and paying these fees will hold your teen's place in the class.
FINANCIAL AID 2020-2021
We use the FACTS Grant and Aid System for the financial aid process. Upload 2018 taxes ONLY and submit your expenses and family dynamic - You will receive notifcation of award if applicable. - Requires 2018 taxes to apply, 2019 W2 will be required in the spring of 2020 - Be specific in your itemized data and description of your family situation - Unfortunately, no full scholarship options available
Parishioners who feel that the tuition and educational fees may be a hardship to their family budget should apply for financial aid. There are many factors affecting eligibility for financial aid and therefore you should apply for aid, even if you think you don't qualify. You will be notified of potential awards in February.
FACTS compares your income and your expenses and based on a set calculation/analysis that every families goes through comes up with a recommended need amount for each family. Based upon that need St. Mary’s allocates a certain percentage of financial aid utilizing available budgeted funds. Once the financial aid process has concluded on 12/31, full consideration is at the discretion of the president.
FACTS receives all tax information from each family. FACTS will do their review of all documentation provided. The documentation provided by the applicant is imaged upon receipt by FACTS and then destroyed for security purposes. St. Mary’s tuition office will review the information provided as needed to determine financial need for each family.
FACTS requires all documentation be received before they can complete their review which is needed in order for St. Mary’s to determine need for each family. The verification process can take up to 14 days or longer.
