Young Adult Ministry of St. Mary’s in Annapolis seeks to provide spiritual, social, and service opportunities for our young parishioners between the ages of 18 and 39 to empower them to live as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Young adults are invited to join our young adult community, Anne Arundel Catholic (AAC). AAC consists of several regularly occurring young adult events hosted by St. Mary’s and other parishes in Anne Arundel County. Check out the Anne Arundel Catholic Facebook page for the latest events.
Theology on Tap
Theology on Tap (TOT) takes place on the first Tuesday of each month and typically meets in the upstairs room at the Federal House in downtown Annapolis. We begin at 7:00 p.m. with time for dinner, drinks, and socializing. At 7:30 p.m., we introduce a speaker who shares about a faith-related topic. The talk lasts about forty five minutes, with time for Q&A afterward and then more opportunity for dinner, drinks, and socializing.
Bible Study series are offered at various times during the year and ae held in the Carroll House, The Carroll House Gardens and the Faith Formation Room. Times and dates are set based on the schedules of the Priests leading the studies. Young adults gather for a potluck dinner. After time for dinner and socializing, the group spends time reading and reflecting on the selected scriptures.
