Elementary School Faith Formation

“You have asked to have your child baptized.  In doing so you are accepting the responsibility of training him/her in the practice of the faith.  It will be your duty to bring him/her up to keep God’s commandments as Christ taught us, by loving God and our neighbor.  Do you clearly understand what you are undertaking?” (Rite of Baptism for Children)

St. Mary’s Faith Formation Program for children in Pre-K to 5th grade is here to help assist you in this all-important responsibility as parents, the primary teachers of faith. We provide a process for children and their families to learn about loving God, the Church, and each other. This year we will begin using new materials from Our Sunday Visitor, which incorporates the upcoming Sunday readings, aspects and treasures of our Catholic Faith, and great online resources to use. Pre-K through 8th will use the series and resources, allowing entire families to benefit from growing in faith together.

We look forward to having you with us!
